Why real estate

I love real estate because it lets me walk alongside people through so many meaningful stages of life.

Whether it's the excitement of buying a first home, relocating to a new area, transitioning into a new season, or navigating an unexpected life change, I'm honored to be a trusted resource along the way. For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It's about helping people make the best move for wherever life is taking them next.

Before this, I spent eighteen years in property management. That's a long time learning what homes cost to own, how leases and repairs and move-outs actually go, and how to keep a lot of people informed at once. It's the backbone of how I work now.

Some of the deals I'm most proud of have been helping clients with more modest budgets achieve homeownership. That compliment means more to me than the size of any transaction. Every client deserves the same level of attention, advocacy, communication and care, regardless of their price point. Helping someone feel valued while accomplishing something as meaningful as buying a home is exactly why I love what I do.

My clients would say that I genuinely care and will go the distance for them. It's never about the size of the transaction or the amount of the commission. It's about the person I'm serving. I want every client to feel like they are my most important client, knowing they have someone who will listen, advocate for them, and be there every step of the way.

Outside of real estate

My greatest joy and proudest role is being a mom to three amazing boys.

Each has followed his own path. One is a nurse, one is an engineer, and my youngest is pursuing a calling into ministry. I'm also a proud soccer mom and dog mom to two pups. At the heart of everything I do is family, faith, and cheering on the people I love as they pursue the life they're called to live.

And yes, Cherie has the keys. The name on the card is the promise: when it's time to make a move, I'm the one who gets you through the door.
